  • How do I pay?
    Firstly, we only accept Paypal service. Payments are made only through a Paypal service. You can pay with your credit/debit card. But if you can't use Paypal service, please let us know. we can suggest other ways.
  • What currency is used for the payment?
    The payment is made in US dollars.
  • How many people can be part of a tour?
    It varies depending on the type of Tour. Please refer to the list below. ◉Local Tour - up to 6 people ◉Fashion Tour - up to 4 people ◉Makeup Tour - up to 4 people ◉Custom Tour - up to 6 people As for a group of the tour, since all our services are private tour people in the tour could be friends or family not strangers.
  • How many days in advance should I book my tour?
    All the bookings should be made at least 48 hours in advance. But we suggest booking one week in advance to ensure you get preferred time, date and Oppa/Unnie.
  • How can I contact an Oppa/Unnie?
    We will make a group chat on KakaoTalk 2 days before a tour so that the details of your tour are set and confirmed. So please download 'Kakao Talk' in Google Play Store or App Store.
  • I might be late! How will this affect my tour?
    (hey, It could happen! ☺) If you are running late, text your Oppa/Unnie as soon as possible. Sometimes your Oppa/Unnie may be able to wait for you, but in cases where they have another tour scheduled, they may not be able to stay longer. Keep in contact with your Oppa/Unnie so that you are both on the same page. We recommend arriving early to avoid traffic or any other unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are having exciting time! Can I extend my tour session?
    Of course you can! You can extend your tour session as long as your Oppa/Unnie is available. We will send an invoice for an extension fee via email. Then you can pay through Paypal easily. 1 hour extension fee : 35USD for Customizing Tour / 30USD for Other Tours
  • I am a male. Can I use this service?
    Yes of course! Anyone who loves traveling,regardless of gender and age, can use our tour service. But some of our Unnies are only available for female customers. So, if you are a male and would like to take a tour with an Unnie, please ask us before booking the tour.
  • How can I find my KakaoTalk ID?
    We open a group chat with Oppa or Unnie 2 days before the tour. In order to make it, we need to add your ID first. So you should make sure what your ID is and your ID is searchable. *Please follow the steps.
  • Can I reschedule my tour?
    If you need to reschedule your tour, please notify us via email, text or live chat with at least 3days prior notice. Our rescheduling policy is as follows: More than 3 days before the scheduled tour: Can change the place, date and time once(GMT+9:00). Less than 3 days before the scheduled tour: Can change the place only(GMT+9:00). The day of the tour: No change(GMT+9:00).
  • Can I cancel my tour?
    If you need to cancel your tour, please notify us via email, text or live chat with at least 3days prior notice. Our refund policy is as follows: More than 3 days before the scheduled tour: Get a 100% refund(GMT+9:00). Less than 3 days before the scheduled tour: Get a 50% refund(GMT+9:00). The day of the tour or no show: No refund(GMT+9:00).
  • What happens if I don’t make it to my tour?
    No refund will be issued for no-shows (with the exception of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances).
  • Can I drink alcohol with an Oppa/Unnie?
    we strictly prohibit drinking alcohol during the tours.
